Tri-Tek Pro is a British ecommerce brand. We sell GPS smartwatches, fitness trackers, wireless and noise-cancelling earbuds, open-ear and bone conduction headphones, and sports gear.

We're run by TRI-TEK PRO. LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12830780), based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

What we do

We work with established factories that run their own R&D teams, building products for the fitness industry and the audio industry. Every product is independently tested and certified before it goes on sale, including CE and RoHS compliance testing.

Tri-Tek Pro owns and operates www.open-ear.uk, a dedicated storefront for our open-ear and bone conduction headphone range.

Quality and compliance

Every product we sell is independently tested and certified to UK and EU regulations before it goes on sale. This includes RoHS testing (restriction of hazardous substances) and full radio equipment compliance testing, covering EMC emissions, immunity, and radio spectrum standards (EN 301489, EN 55032, EN 61000 series). Testing is carried out by independent accredited test laboratories.
